About Your Host

Hi! My name is Carolene Méli and I have spent the last 15 years leading teams all over the world. From running front of house experiences at Cirque du Soleil to leading the entertainment department on a cruise ship, I have worked with over 50 hospitality, events, retail and entrepreneurial teams in 17 different countries. With all those incredible experiences under my belt, I came to realise that leadership hits different in this constantly changing environment and most professional programmes currently out there are focused mainly on corporate leadership styles. That is why I created this platform - to help you as a manager, supervisor or team leader in the live experience industry create better experiences for your teams and your guests through coaching and support that is highly specific to what you actually do on a daily basis.
