Each section of the course is intentional, straight to the point, no fluffy language just to fill up time and space. Carolene provided real life examples, thought-provoking questions that lead to actionable and tangible tasks. She talked about different ideas and concepts that I didn't consider thinking about when it comes to creating a memorable experience from the very first interaction whether that be indirectly or directly to the very end where your guests become your greatest advocates; from the language and the emotion evoked to the connection and the community.
